The Riverwalk Festival Park, which adjoins the historic train depot, is the ideal place for special events, such as large scale festivals, fundraisers, company pinics, family reunions, military reunions, and outdoor weddings. The park and stage are available for reservation through the City of Jacksonville Parks & Recreation Department.
B.O.L.D. can provide local assistance for your special event. Our staff can aide you in planning (helping you contact the necessary departments for permits), marketing (connecting you with media; publicizing it on our website and through press releases), finding downtown businesses (such as caterers, photographers, lodging, vendors and more), and loaning event equipment (such as barricades, garbage cans, extension cords, etc.). Our office, which manages the historic Train Depot facilities, includes office space for various event needs, such as space for a wedding party to dress and prepare, as well as a small kitchenette and powder room.

THE JACKSONVILLE CONFERENCE CENTER also offers facilities for business meetings, banquets, parties and receptions for up to 550 people. They are conveniently located downtown, just across from City Hall and the Post Office and close to hotels, restaurants, shopping and all military bases. Off-street parking is available at the facility.
