B.O.L.D. is pleased to announce the re-instatement of our Downtown Commercial Facade Grant Program!

Application DEADLINE: July 16th, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.
The creation of an aesthetically pleasing downtown area is vital to the success of our redevelopment effort. The ultimate goal of improved facades is to attract more shoppers through effective utilization of aesthetics and continuity.
B.O.L.D. of Jacksonville, Inc. offers Façade Improvement Grants to proposed or existing businesses or buildings within the program target area to improve the exterior appearance of those businesses. These are matching reimbursable grant funds whereby B.O.L.D. of Jacksonville, Inc. will match 50% of each dollar spent by the applicant/business on exterior façade improvements, up to $2,500.00 after the work has been completed.
