Come join us for our Board of Directors "Hale and Farewell." We would like to extend our appreciation to those that have gone before us who have been an integral part of the Downtown movement. We also welcome those who are taking the helm for B.O.L.D of Jacksonville, Inc. and look forward to the next step in the process of continued development of
Historical Downtown Jacksonville.
Mission Statement

To promote the preservation of the commercial and residential structures in downtown Jacksonville and to aide in the enhancement of the physical and cultural elements of the area.

To educate the community about the historic role in downtown Jacksonville and of the physical and cultural attributes that exist here.

To lessen the burden of local government through beautification, revitalization and enhancement of the physical appearance and economic vitality of the downtown area.

And, to promote cooperation between City government, County government, the business community, and the citizens of Jacksonville and Onslow County, North Carolina.
